Manila Mail Manager operates no servers. All processing happens in your browser. Your email contents are never sent to us or anyone else — they never leave your device.
Subscription detection runs locally in your browser as you use Gmail. We do not collect, store, or transmit your email content to any external server.
All of this data is stored in Chrome's local storage on your device. We have no servers, so there is nowhere for it to be sent.
When you unsubscribe from a sender, the extension opens that sender's own unsubscribe page (or the original email) in a new tab so you can confirm directly with them. This happens entirely between your browser and the sender — it never passes through any Manila Mail Manager server, because no such server exists.
Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store credit card numbers or billing details. Paddle handles all payment processing under their own privacy policy.
Manila Mail Manager does not collect any usage analytics or telemetry. We have no visibility into how you use the extension.
You can delete all stored data at any time from Settings > Data > Clear All Data. Uninstalling the extension also removes all local data.
Under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and similar privacy laws, you have rights to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Because all your data is already on your own device, you can exercise these rights directly: open the extension's storage in Chrome's developer tools to view it, or clear it via Settings or uninstall. We don't hold any data about you separately.
Manila Mail Manager is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
