Support

Questions, bugs, billing, or feedback — we're happy to help.

Email us at support@manilamail.app and we'll get back to you, usually within a day.

How does Manila Mail Manager find my subscriptions?

It reads the subscription emails already in your Gmail inbox — entirely inside your browser. It does not use the Gmail API, and your email content is never sent to any server. Click the extension icon and "Scan Inbox" to detect them.

Is my email private?

Yes. All detection happens locally in your browser, and your detected subscriptions are stored on your own device. The only things that leave your browser are the request to verify your Pro license key (a signed token) and your own Google profile photo. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I unsubscribe?

Open the extension, find the sender, and click Unsubscribe — we take you straight to the right unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing relies on senders honoring the request, so a few stubborn senders may keep emailing; for those, you can mark them ignored.

What's in Pro, and is there a trial?

Pro adds the inbox health score, the paid-subscription spend tracker, the insights engine (trends, dormant senders, cleanup tips), automatic detection of new subscriptions, bulk unsubscribe, and unlimited tracking. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial — no card required; tap "Start free trial" in the extension.

How do I activate Pro?

After you upgrade, your license key is emailed to you. Open the extension → Settings, paste the key into "License key", and click Activate. The same key works across your devices — keep the email so you can re-activate later.

I lost my license key.

Check the email you received at purchase (subject: "Your Manila Mail Manager Pro license key"). If you can't find it, email support@manilamail.app from the address you bought with and we'll resend it.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel anytime from the extension's Settings or through Paddle; access continues until the end of your billing period. Not satisfied? We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.

Detection looks broken / "detection paused"

Gmail occasionally changes its layout. If you see a "detection is paused" notice, reload Gmail and make sure you're on the latest version of the extension. If it persists, email us — we'll push a fix.
