Acceptance

By installing or using Manila Mail Manager, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the extension.

The service

Manila Mail Manager is a Chrome extension that helps you identify and manage email subscriptions in Gmail. The free tier provides subscription detection and one-by-one unsubscribe. The Pro tier adds an insights engine (subscription trends, dormant-subscription detection, and cleanup recommendations), unlimited tracked subscriptions, and bulk actions.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your use of the extension and any actions taken through it (including unsubscribing from emails)
You must have a valid Gmail account to use the extension
Don't use the extension for anything illegal or harmful

Pro subscription

Plans & billing. Pro is billed monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($29.99/year), in advance.
Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize this recurring charge.
Free trial. Pro is offered with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge. When the trial ends, you continue on the free tier unless you start a paid subscription.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the extension's settings or through Paddle. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and cancelling stops future renewals. Partial billing periods are not refunded.
Merchant of record. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms; Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes, and refund processing.
Refund policy. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@manilamail.app or requesting one through Paddle — we'll refund the most recent payment. Statutory refund rights under Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
Price changes. We may change Pro pricing. Changes apply to renewals after reasonable notice; your current paid term is honored at the price you paid.
License keys. Pro is unlocked with a license key tied to your subscription. Please don't share or resell it; keys for cancelled or expired subscriptions stop working.

Limitations

The extension works by analyzing email content and headers to detect subscriptions. Detection is not 100% accurate. The unsubscribe feature relies on email senders honoring unsubscribe requests — we cannot guarantee that all unsubscribe attempts will succeed.

Manila Mail Manager is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any emails you miss, subscriptions incorrectly identified, or unsubscribe actions that don't take effect.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
